Create a Progressive Cart Value goal
Reward customers with automatically applied discounts as they reach higher spending tiers in their cart.

The progress bar appears in the cart to create a clear, compelling reason to add more items.
1. Click on the “Create discount” button in the app home page.
2. Select “Progressive cart value” from the options and click “Create” to begin setting up your discount.
For the smoothest customer experience, we recommend choosing Automatic if you’re creating up to 5 discounts. Planning to offer more? Go with the Code option - we’ll still try to auto-apply these codes where possible, though compatibility may vary by theme.

Bring your discount to life! Don’t forget to click “Save” on the header when you’re done to launch your exciting new discount strategy.
5. Customize widget appearance
Once saved, you’ll access the editing screen with a “Customize now” button to style your discount widget - a simple one-time setup that makes your offers pop!
Because the progressive cart value goal is displaying on cart progress bar, you can customize the widget appearance in the cart progress bar settings. For instructions on adding the widget to your store, please refer to Add the cart progress bar widget to your product page.
6. Save changes and check your store
Add product to cart until your cart subtotal reaches the goal value, then the discount will be applied automatically.
